26th October 2023

Our senior and junior teams had successful seasons.  A large number of boys in Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Classes participated in training and the quality of football played in some of our matches was a testament to the boys’ progress.  Our senior team was unlucky to lose out to Scoil Thomáis in the semi final stage of Corn na nGearaltach.  After a slow start our boys got back to within a single point following an amazing second half comeback.  However despite their amazing efforts, the boys were unable to reach the final this year.  We congratulate Scoil Thomáis, who went on the win the Croke Park final.  We reflect with satisfaction on some amazing performances by our team this year against strong schools.  The hurling season commences after the mid-term break.
