Our Athletics squad completed a very successful year in 2022/23. Boys in fourth, fifth and sixth classes trained twice a week throughout the year under the expert coaching of Mr Collins and Mr Meaney. It was great to see the boys strength, stamina and technique improving as the weeks and months progressed. The season reached its peak with the Cumann na mBunscol finals, held at the athletics track in UCD. Star had a number of podium finishes and every boy represented the school with pride.
